Venue
All tutorials and related activities of the summer school will take place in the city of Luxembourg at the Maison d’Accueil of the Soeurs Franciscaines (Convent of the Franciscan Sisters).

Please note that the SKS lecture on Wednesday 8 July will take place at the Belval campus of the University of Luxembourg.
How to reach the summer school
By plane. Many airlines fly non-stop to Luxembourg airport.
Tram T1 brings you directly from the airport to the city centre where you need to get off at stop “Stareplaz/Etoile”. From the stop, it is a 8 minutes walk to the venue.
By train. German railways (Deutsche Bahn), French railways (SNCF) and Belgian railways (NMBS) have direct train routes to Luxembourg main train station.
From the station, you can take Bus 13 which stops in front of the venue (stop “Sacre-Coeur”), or you can take Tram T1 to stop “Stareplaz/Etoile” and walk to the venue.
By car. Limited parking space is available at the venue. Please send an email to denise.schroeder@ext.statec.etat.lu if you would like to make use of this.
Good to know! All public transport (trains, buses, and trams) in Luxembourg is free of charge. You can plan your journey via Mobiliteit.lu. An app version is also available.
Accommodation
The organisation of the summer school offers optional accommodation at the premises of the Convent of the Franciscan Sisters at the promotional rate of 95 EUR per night for a single room with private bathroom (shower) and breakfast. Please note that double rooms are not available.
Booking can be done through the registration form where participants can indicate their choice of nights.
